Another topless rag top...
Hey, Tony, what's the story on this one? I did a good bit of research, and couldn't find any evidence of a 1:1 of this Corvette.
photo no longer available
I thought it was just a tribute car design and not from a real one.
Howdoya even know if any of US are REal???
personally, I can`t vouch for any of you scoundrels :((
great car John.......these dry racers are phenomenal !!
Yep, Rich is right John, a flight of fantasy. Not sure if you saw the review...
...for a tad more info; there were other parts that hinted at a possible subsequent car. Review seen here.
The corresponding Thunderbird that you showcased earlier is the same flight of fancy. Not based on authentic vehicle such as the DM did with the Sunoco Vette, Purple People Eater and Owens Corning Corvette.
Review on the Thunderbird seen here.
By the way, GREAT shots!
Thanks, Tony...
I read both reviews and it makes me want to go admire each model again! I found lot's of info on the Purple People Eater which was a real car, but didn't find anything on a real version of either of these.
Neat C1. But, I always thought it odd to have WWWs on a race car anyway.
