That might be my first alliterative title.LOL This is CMC's 1936 Mercedes-Benz 540K Cabriolet. I couldn't get enough of these Germanic gems from CMC, but, I guess, like all good things....

Super pictures Rich. When CMC was producing 1/24 scale models I was buying every one I could. When they switched to 1/18 scale I started buying those but I always favored the 1/24.

@bob-jackman You could follow CMC's learning curve as the 1/24 lineup went from "pretty nice" to "spectacular". They picked up where they left off in 1/18 and ultimately they reached "museum piece" status. You did well to scarf up those 1/24s, Bob. We'll not see the likes of them again I dare say.
