Big scale display.............
Following the thread below......... I am impressed to see many 1/24 collectors have also impressive 1/12 collections.
These big models are so space consuming my question is: Do you display them in dust free cabinets, individual dust free displays or just on the shelves?
As far as I am concerned, I now still have only three 1/12 models and they have their own custom display case.

All in cases. ..
My 1/5 scale models have their own four shelf case. My 1/8 scale models are all on the bottom shelf of 24'long glass wall case. Middle shelves are smaller 1/12, 1/18 and 1/24 models, and the top two shelves are for larger models/toys, Tonka, Smith Miller, etc.

I have most in custom size cases but some are displayed on open shelves.

i just calculated a 1/5th Mark III Continental would be about 3 1/2 feet long! LOL
Where would I display it if one were made? On my bed next to me? hee hee

All of mine are in acrylic dust proof cases.
