OMG! I am so WEAK! Weak, Weak, Weak! I keep trying to stop collecting this and 1:18 scales. I can do it as long as I don't go looking at the models. Thanks Rich, your photos are so awesome, I went to the Diecasm site and couldn't resist. I even went and blew my statement about "only getting 1" 'cause I ordered the silver & the red. They'll look great together.

OK John, u tipped me over the edge too. I've ordered the Buttercup Yellow version and the 1/43 Palm Beach Green 1973 - 1978 GMC MotorHome.

@kevins I wonder if "Bad Chad" created the grille for the Family Truckster?

@perrone1 Interesting choice. The color is quite nice but it was a bear to photograph and keep the color true and not having it look tutone. As you can see I had to use dark groundwork and a dark overhead to keep it looking monochrome.

Thanks for the info Rich. Love wagons, and the family had a new '69 Caprice back then that looked just like this one, so this a double play for me!

@pete-rovero I really like the styling of the '69 Caprice and Impala HT.....much more than the '68 and '70.  The grille and taillights in particular.

@pete-rovero If the model was being done in the color of yours, that's the one I would have ordered.

@pete-rovero I'm guessing you're just the guy who can do something about that.
