WONDERFUL shoot John!! Keep 'em coming!!!
I've never seen - nor even knew of - of this finned Dodge pick-up, only the unadorned flatbed version. Many thanks for excellent photos and the Buddy Holly track always a favorite.

Charles !!! you actually seem to "get" some of my self-aggrandizing bullsh*t !!
I first spotted the finned miracle,a while after I got into diecast (a few years back)...at the time,I was striving to keep my purchase prices below $10.00 or so...because of this,it took me a while to snag a `57 Dodge.....and then,as often happens, another one soon came up on my radar.....around this same time,I began painting little Chinese people....the combination I`m going to show you has been posted here several times,to very limited critical response.....a couple of my painted figures, warts and all, sitting on the tailgate of the legendary Sweptside......To me,it speaks volumes...BE forewarned : I also believe that the cat is teaching me to speak French......so ya gotta take all this with a few grains of salt....I will create a new posting titled "pondering", so as not to foul the waters here
Great pair of trucks, enjoyed seeing the mini metals.
