Some second thoughts
Looks to be a re-paint and the doors are "dog leg"? Does anyone have any updated info?

DM may have discovered some stock left over. Initially...
...placed this one on our lists February 2014 under code DM1671.

I ordered one last week, 3 Nov.... Available. Order status now says "there is a 'question' regarding this this order please call..."
And now site states "backordered until March 2016"
I can only guess is the question is "do you want to still order this, because it will probably never show up"
In this day and age there is no excuse for any company not to have an accurate inventory count and decrement in real time as orders come in.
I'll call this afternoon to determine what the "problem" is.

the last repaint of their '65 fastback. I got one in this color combo in 2014 it was the follow on from their black with red interior. they are very nice and are official DM product. looks like they thought they have found some additional models, or someone in China said they did and found out they didn't or have not gotten the shipment yet. well worth the effort to get one.

Take this as just a rumor but I was told recently that DM was unhappy over the loss of 1/3 of their overall sales to the cancellation of their diecast business and was taking a 2nd look at getting back in. I was told this by someone who would know. It's all about the $$$ isn't it?!?!?!?
