Another great DDA model. Most would be unfamiliar with the car but I can assure all the proportions are spot on. Excellent and accurate interior and engine bay. DDA models are still around the mid years Mint production standard. They have now produced a four door GT Falcon, this ute and there's a station wagon on the say. Most are available in many colors and a variety of engine styles. Can be had on the Australian ebay for around $60-$70US. The company are also approachable and responsive.
Man, that's beautiful! Love the engine!!
Wow, that's a beautiful model Geoff. 💯🤑
I assume this car was Falcon based as opposed to the North American Torino based offering? I like it!
Geoff, I am amazed at the huge variety of UTEs that were available in your part of the world. While we had our versions here in the US, they never became the main stay they were in Australia and the Netherlands. Love the model and writeup.
thanks for the responses gents. Bob, Trax make a range of 1/43 utes but I'm not a big Trax fan, their proportions and detail are mostly terrible. I'm sure over time DDA will produce a 1/24 range. Here's a 1/24 2010? VE Commodore ute they have on the way.
Jack this is the Falcon GT tooling the ute came from. Again another great model.
And the wagon version they have on the way
@geoff-jowett Geoff, I agree with you about Trax as I have a couple on Monaro models and they just look odd, if you know what I mean, I will check out DDA thanks..
@david-vandermeer My Cousin Vinny, a great movie with the automotive details done correctly.
