This is a Crown Premiums model that was given to me by a friend to do something with as it had issues. I just wish I'd gotten more pictures. This is how it originally looked. After. These models are pretty well detailed like the Mints. So I didnt need to detail the interior or engine compartment. I tore it apart, stripped it, repainted it Forest Green Poly, buffed, new stripe kit and photo-etch, cleared it, re-assembled it, boxed it up and sent it back to him. @grockwood Grock, I strip them down to bare metal, file, fill, fix any mold/ seam lines, etc. Then I use a metal etching primer to get a good foundation for my paint. Hope that helps. Have a great weekend buddy. 👍
