I think it was a '58 rambler Classic. I ultimately rolled that car.

Coral/grey was the best '55 Chevy combo. My dad's '55 four door BelAir 6 was tutone green. He traded it on the '62 Meteor I took my test in in '62.

Bob, it was an 1886 Benz Motorwagen for me...

...Sorry, just seeing if you were actually reading all of these. HA! It was a 1957 Ford Fairlane 500. My first 'running' car. I learned to drive in mom's 1960 Caddy convertible.

A Silver 1979 Ford Granada! LOL

This was in 1983. It was a 6 cylinder car and had crank windows i remember. It actually rode pretty smooth, and wasn't bad to drive. The car was the one provided by the WIndsor Driving school. I was 15 1/2 when I took the driving lessions with money I earned working partime as a delivery boy in a local Pharmacy. I always was an independent kid and didn't ask my parents for anything! Boy have times changed huh? LOL I had to wait till 17 to drive alone here in N.Y. Boy did THAT seem like forever and a day!

1965 Buick Wildcat Sport Coupe -- Silver Cloud/Arctic White with red interior. Beautiful car. I wish my parents had never traded it in.

Took MIne

In my Fathers 61 Galaxie Town Sedan. The test went well but, at that time in New York, you had to demonstrate your knowledge of hand signals as well as proper use of the cars directionals. Not a problem but, it was early March and for any of you familiar with upstate New York, it gets MIGHTY COLD in those hills and valleys at that time of year!!!!!!!!!

I took my drivers test back in 1961.............

The vehicle used was a 1961 Buick LeSabre Rio Red 4 door H.T. This car belonged to my older brother. I wanted him to get the Invicta 2 door H.T., but he wanted no part of that. BTW, I passed the test on my first try.
