I am thankful there are new models cars being released
No longer to be called die cast
Resin Cast ... I suspect will be the new market lingo

I agree for the most part Bruce but...
another factor for me was the subject matter. We all have different tastes but this one just doesn't float my boat. I do love most of the cars from the 30's but not this one so while the prices are a factor the car itself was just as much a decided factor for me. Maybe others are of the same opinion since the edition is only 250 models. The Auburn, Delahaye, Figoni & Falaschi, and Packard all had similar price points but had significantly higher production numbers.

Love Duesenberg and the airflow designs of the 30's. Ordered the model ... must have it, this is what I collect. However the choice of the subject is still puzzling me. And the Jay Leno's connection doesn't excite me at all. The model looks well built, the grille and the dash look exceptionally well done.

Bruce, I apologize for the confusion. I was concentrating on the future of the D4C club models and hadn't considered the fact that we had two fellows named Jay.
