FM New Releases
The 55 Pontiac looks like a repaint of some very old technology. Don't know if it has upgraded tech or not but, for its age, it was one of FM's better efforts. As for the "new" image of a car that was never made, hats off to Raffi for his creative talents. But, I do wish that FM would direct its efforts at giving us images of cars that were made and have been asked for by we the collectors. There certainly are enough of them that are begging to be made

FM 1955 Pontiacs--Color Combinations
I believe some have questioned whether the 1955 Pontiac could actually be bought in the black over red or red over black combination. Assuming the colors represented are supposed to be Bolero Red and Raven Black, color charts do, in fact, list Bolero Red (Upper)/Raven Black (Lower) as color code 5534, and Raven Black (Upper)/Bolero Red (lower) as color code 5516. I don't know whether the chart is definitive, but it looks as though the car could be had in either combination. The charts don't seem to exclude any particular body style, but it's possible. Any other thoughts on the matter?
