Fun in the sun, 1963 Vette style
It was a nice sunny day, so got my Ermine White 1963 Corvette, 4 speed, 340hp 327 out for a little exercise.
I've owned her since new, put on 380,000 miles, did two major rebuilds, but never a frame off.
Very nice!
Looks to be in great shape. I've always wanted a '67 427, but it surely wouldn't handle like your lighter 327. Hope you enjoyed your fun in the sun!
Robert, bet you get a lot of envious stares with that beauty.

Bob, I too wanted a 67 427 until I drove one...
My favorite Vette is the 1967 and I loved the big block look and stinger hood, combined with side exhaust. In addition, disc brakes my 63 lacked were a major improvment. I drove a 427 and a 327, but the big block was just too "over the top" even then for a much younger me. When I finally made up my mind to order a 67 327, it was too late to place an order. I was told to come back in September and see the all new 68 I would just love.
Long story short, I came back in September, and I still have my 63.
Sure, money wise I would have done far better ordering a 427 and then never driving it. But there is no price you can put on 380,000 miles of driving my 63.
For sure anyone who puts 380K miles on his car is.....in love! LOL!
