Identical to the 1:1 I once owned....I just loved it but it was totaled by a drunk driver.
BEAUTIFUL - and, yes, Geno, mainly for that fantastic color.
Jack, so sorry - I feel your pain. A drunk totaled my 64 GTO.
Love it. Looks like the one I posted the other day.
Thanks guys, Jack, Tony, that had to hurt. Both sweet rides.😟
Gotta love a GT in any color...great job Geno!

I really like the model in this color. I have it in black with a red interior.
@bob-jackman I have that one also Bob, another nicely done M2.💯😊
@geno I must have liked the model better than I remember. I just through my display cases and found two other colors, Olive and turquoise. It truly is a nice model.
Emberglow was a very attractive color on the '66 Mustang and went well with a black vinyl roof. When I was 19 my boss owned a GT coupe in that color combo. The engine had been done up and with a 4-speed it was fast and sounded awesome. It had been bought new by the late race car driver Billy Foster, who was killed at Riverside in 1967 in a Charger. My boss was the second owner.
Billy Foster. Born in Victoria, BC. Ran 2 Indy 500's and was killed in a stock car race at Riverside, California in early 1967. He was a cousin of famed music producer David Foster.
@jack-dodds Thanks for the background information on Billy Foster. I remember him from his runs at the Indy 500. His cousin David is one of my favorite composers.
