Frank rehearses the night before,practicing his speech on Spotty,who seems to agree wholeheartedly with EVERYTHING

In the morning,he makes his best effort to talk Margaret into a new boat

Alas Bob.....it did not.....within just minutes of Frank`s impassioned pleas,the broker pulled away with Frank and Spotty`s "ship"
