Geoff, just wanted to let you know that there is no script on the left rear fender either. There are 2 small paint chips on the bottom edge of the hood that could be repaired (this is how I recognized the auction). You can at least ask for discount, this model was not in mint condition. Hopefully the seller is cooperative.
I completely agree with this assessment Chav. I noticed the seller says: "Mint condition, flawless all around, nothing missing broken or repaired."
thanks Chav and Tony, and yes John, that is pretty much what happened! So its definitely back for a refund.Geoff, just wanted to let you know that there is no script on the left rear fender either. Appreciate all help, thanks guys
@geoff-jowett I know it's no help, but I feel your pain Geoff..... A model looses something after something like this.... Agree with Tony & Chav, pick it up with Ebay get a refund if you can..

The very reason I never have and I won't buy from eBay. The only models in my collection purchased on the secondary market were bought from reliable friends right here on the Diecast Forums. I've got many friends that have shared horror stories of their eBay purchases. Goeff, I hope you can work out the refund and have a happy ending to this saga.
