I was in Hendersonville, NC yesterday and ran across a little diecast/train store. Went in to take a look and low and behold look at what I found. They are both very clean and all there that I can tell. Other than the Studebaker did not have the correct box. For the price I could not pass them up. They were both limited editions and hard to come by. They will go nicely together with my other 1925 Model T's and the other 2 Studebakers (gold & custom).
Great find. The Studebaker is awesome.

Congrats John! Excellent score!
of all the people who did stuff yesterday, you won
Bet it felt like Christmas John! Great finds! That Studebaker is stunning and long been a favorite on my shelf.
I had a similar experience a couple of years ago. I walked in to this little Antique Shop and found a Danbury Mint '57 Chevy (Blue) Convertible (with the OPENING TRUNK). And with the exception of being a little dusty, it was perfect. And the price was $50, so I didn't pass it up. Plus, I wanted it because MY own version of that same model, the first diecast I ever bought, was the original CLOSED TRUNK version. On a side note, when I got that Chevy home, I discovered that the side spears on it are different than the original. Made me even happier.

Way to go! That white Studebaker is quite rare and pricey. 👍
The Model T Touring car is hard to find at a reasonable price. I looked for over a year before I found one to add to the pickup and roadster.
I'm jealous. That white Studebaker is still on my list.
Being at the right place at the right time, nice catch!

Oh and John, you never mentioned what song you sang and what dance you did for the cars.

Nice catch, like some of the others I'm jealous because I'd love to have the Studebaker.
George, when he told me what he would sell them for, I paid and jitterbugged out the door. 😆
Sometimes you're at the right place at the right time. Good for you!
