Black cars...they look great but are a pain to take care of. It's like, they're always dusty. I had two Thunderbirds, an '84 Turbo Coupe in dark charcoal metallic and a '90 Super Coupe in Black. I haven't owned a black car since.
However, models are a different story, especially 1950's. Black enhances the boatload of chrome on these cars. So, here's the latest repaint, a 1955 Oldsmobile Super 88 Holiday coupe in black with maroon and gray interior, previewed a few days ago.
