I just received an email from Automodello.
Their homeage edition (black) 1971 Lincoln is being recalled for paint issues. This isn't a April Fools joke. I would attach the email but I don't know how.

Is it a kind of rash problem on resin or a coating issue? Did you tried Novus?

Richard, the paint looks cloudy and has small scratches on the hood. I don't know if it's the resin that's scratched or the paint. This is not my first resin model car, just the first to have any type of issues. I wasn't expecting any problems from Automodello, with all the praise it's been getting but with the email I received today, it states the cloudy paint problem is only on the Homeage Edition (black car) which is not the case. Buying this $300 car was not one of my brightest ideas. Very disappointed to say the least.
