I picked this up for $20, it's Icons 1/24 version of the Elvis Caddy. A very well done & detailed model. It is a more accurate representation than FM's version, ie, correct grey carpet color for the interior & trunk and correct spare sans hubcap. Also internal door hinges on all 4 doors. No stems for the lenses but does have simulated bulbs in the headlights and turn signals. It is very heavy and has all the details of a Mint model. Pictured with the Godfather '55 for comparison. Kinda as a reference for anyone looking to get an Elvis version whether Icons or FM. Thanks for looking, Geno.

Fine photos of a beautiful piece !!.....this is the first I`ve heard of the "Icon" brand ........do you find that the 1/24 line runs true to size?
Dang Geno, you stole it at $20 !!Â
Thnx for all the pics you posted. I used to work at an Elvis themed restaurant in Garden Grove, CA.
I'm not much of an Elvis fan but heck, I got to drink beer for free !!
Check out Azteca Mexican Restaurant on Main St.
It's a trip...a real trip...no drugs needed..lol.Â

Thanks John, I have a couple other Icons models and they are spot on in scale. Here they are.
The gold '66 GTO is next to the DM '67 for comparison.

@geno .............thanks Geno.......more opportunities for peanut butter and jelly dinners
.......all three of the examples you brought forward today look great !!
They all look like really decent models for only $20. Where do you find this brand? I wouldn't mind having a '66 GTO. Thanks for showing us these gems Geno!
what a fabulous find, and one to add to the list! I have your Icons Cobra and also their Elvis Cobra, both brilliant models, theres also a grey version around. I think Icons also made the yellow GT40? Not sure, I stand to be corrected. Great pics thanks Geno
Thanks all and you're welcome. I find them at shows or Ebay mostly. Sometimes but rarely at garage sales. I'm always looking for that next great bargain LOL.
Geno, I've never heard of Icon before. I looked for this Caddy on eBay and it's $90.00 plus shipping! You certainly got a great deal on this Cadillac.

He sure did !!!.....Maybe it would be prudent run it by Earl Scheib and get it painted before the original owner catches on 🤔 ...............welcome aboard MGJ

Since mjg knows what a 'davenport' is, he may also be old enough to remember Earl Scheib. OH those $29.00 paint jobs! "No ups, no extras"! (Not much paint; let alone in gaps and seamlines - LOL!)
@perrone1 I remember Earl Scheib. I never had a car painted there, but knew someone who did. You got what you paid for.
