Here is one you don't see often: Sam Walton's 1979 Ford F150. As far as I can tell, this is the only diecast issued by JTC. I bought this at least 20 years ago from some retailer that had a few of them. It comes mounted in a nice display case with a spare rear bumper, tire, his dog Ol' Roy, and a bag of Walmart dog food. It's got a few dents and missing trim, I guess Sam was not that great of a driver. There's even peeling paint on the roof of the cab, which is different on every model, no two are the same. This truck goes great with the 1978 Bronco I showed you a couple of weeks ago.
Pretty darn cool! You'd think Walmart would sell it!
I remember seeing this a number of years ago, but just never got around to purchasing it. It might have been sold at Walmart back in the day. Just don't remember. That's what happens as we get older.
I usually don’t care for diecasts with patina but I love this one! The bent antenna, small dents and missing trim and what looks like curb damage on the right side wheels. Thanks for your great pictures, Pete!

@carsman1958 John you took the words right out of my mouth. Pete the details look superb especially under the hood.
That is way cool. It looks fantastic with the Bronco.💯😎
great post and replies! Love models of historic and unique vehicles, and this is an outstanding example. I reckon I've spotted 1 or 2 over 25+ years of collecting, but not for a long time. I wouldn't hesitate to grab one if I could. Very special model beautifully presented, thanks Pete.
