Probably a silly Question

I don't have the model, but after looking at pics on the web, I would say the heater control and glove box knobs are missing.

Kinda odd a high dollar model only has a decal across the dash and no knobs for the controls.🤔

Is the Automodello 1954 Buick Skylark missing some knobs on the dash ?. Every image I see is the same or is that how the model is ??

These are Rich's @rich-sufficool pictures. He usually photographs prototypes (there are no visors either), so the production model is probably fixed. I don't own one of these, I think may be Geoff @geoff-jowett has one. 

 

PS: there are knobs, here a picture from a model sold on eBay

not sure about the one in the pic Greg, but yes as Chav says I do have it. Honestly the dash and whole interior is outstanding. Unfortunately I do not have the camera or photographic skills of many here, and also its wet dark day so my pics  do not do it justice. All buttons are there, and very much to scale. The large gauges behind the steering wheel are actually are ever so slightly raised so than can appear as decals. There is a minutely lined chrome piece between the 2 gauges. The radio buttons are tiny and also separated, and appear to scale. Steering wheel is stunning and the carpet beautifully flocked.

Wish it had an engine this detailed!

I think they are still marked down on ebay if you're considering one.

 

 

Glad for the clarification Geoff. From the pics it looked like the dash gauges, etc. were just decals. I'd love to have one, just more than I can afford at the moment.😊
