VERY well done. Lots of great detail work.
John, looking good from where I'm sitting...was this built from a plastic kit?

@sizedoesmatter Yes it is an AMT kit. I think it just came out recently. I had not seen it before.
John, that looks pretty darn good to me. Great job.💯😎
Nice to know that AMT is still around producing model kits.@sizedoesmatter Yes it is an AMT kit. I think it just came out recently. I had not seen it before.

Nice job and a great addition! I love the roofline of the 1969-70 Galaxie 500 and XL. Those flying buttress sail panels were the precursor to the restyled '71-73 Mustang coupes. Your model is actually a Ford XL. It shared the concealed headlights/grill with the LTD. The Galaxie has exposed headlights and a different grill.
@geoff-jowett Yes Geoff, that is the one. Good luck getting one. I actually found this one at a Walmart store recently. But not all Walmarts are carrying model kits. I got lucky.
@pete-rovero Pete thanks for the information! I agree the lines of the 69-70 is what made it stand out to get this kit.
@sizedoesmatter John, the company that puts this out is Round 2 models https://www.round2corp.com/product-category/model-kits/page/2/
They supply AMT, MPC, Polar Lights, Lindberg, Johnny Lightning and others. Take a look if you are interested to see what is out there.
Nice model of a car seldom seen.

I'm not much of a fan of green cars but I gotta admit that this shade looks pretty dayum good. I'll bet it looks even better on a Continental Mark III or VI.
