Kindly stopping by to assist while on their way to work at B&O Railroad, the two conductors Sherwood Spark and Will Fry tragically overestimate what their railroad job descriptions qualify them to do. In their last picture together, shown here, Sherwood sings Witchita Lineman and Will hums along as they clear downed wires, seconds before they ground out.

In short,Spark and Fry would soon burn out on all the auxiliary tasks the RR seem to generate. Just weeks after the crash caper with Alice`s mother, they sat down with cousin Reddy to define a new career path.
After a swell round of "meat" sandwiches,the trio formed a Public Service alliance to warn children of the silent menace.
