Yep! FYI, certain items cannot be covered by shipping insurance. I don't know if model cars is one

Thanks Paul. Actually, now that my memory has been jogged, I filed a claim on a broken model...
... car due to poor packaging. That was years ago and I'd forgotten about it.

Send all of this new info to Ebay/PayPal...
Send all of this new information regarding seller to eBay/PayPal for you dispute. It certainly might help to show them that this is not a rare situation with this seller (it might even get him kicked off eBay). With so many non-positive feedbacks, it does seem to show a pattern.
