Batman, having heard the rumblings from surviving GMT carolers, plus increasing reports of late night excavation noises, decides to cautiously descend into the bowels of Chez Ogg. The masked crusader is fascinated, yet deeply concerned by what has morphed from what was initially reported as a root cellar dig, into a full blown multi-level network of bunkers, complete with gun range and transportation to various sectors. Batman feels deep anxiety and is uncharacteristically afraid....very afraid, as he spots the lifeless, bullet-riddled body of a city building permit inspector lying nearby. Our hero is thankful that he told The Boy Wonder to wait in the Batmobile.
