This Holden Model 48-215 was produced from 1948-1953 preceding the Holden FJ. This was originally a design by Chevrolet in the US that wasn't used as it was deemed too small a vehicle for the American market. It was the first GM Australia car to bear the Holden name. I bought this model of their 1953 Monte Carlo entrant because... I thought it was cute. LOL

+1.
You've got to know when to Holden,
Know when to fold 'em;
Know when to walk away,
And know when to run.
@perrone1 I ask you, sir... have you no shame?!?!
That looks like an excellent model. I have one in that color, but a standard version. I've considered this one, just never got it.

A revision to my comment... I went to see if this model was still available on the UR Trading site, it was, so it will be soon be part of my collection. Thanks Rich for your new post.Â
