DM, only because the FM was a much older model tech-wise.

Packard 028

I agree DM is better; plus the black and coral color is stunning.

Those Black/Coral or Black/yellow combos seem very popular among collectors. I'm thinking it must be a regional preference. I don't remember seeing any of these when I was a kid. The black/yellow actually makes me recoil in horror. LOL

Nothing wrong with any of those others Tony. In the right context, yellow looks great. While I do prefer the Franklin Mint Packard colouring, I agreed that the Danbury Mint Caribbean is a superior model.

I have the yellow 67 Vette and the maroon convertible and LOVE them.  They look great on display with all the other years offered by DM and FM

I have FM and DM '55/'56 Packards and they both look great.

One thing, I could be off base, but somehow the FM seems very slightly larger scaled, compared to other 1/24s it's displayed with. Anyone else think so?

@perrone1 Yellow with accents on more modern cars are OK.... just not on a '57 Ford.

We're all different which keeps things interesting.  Personally I love the black/yellow and yellow/black '55 thru '58 Ford.  😊

Tony, your pictures make it hard to choose.  But the DM Black just stands out.  And your yellow ensemble is to die for.
