I have FM and DM '55/'56 Packards and they both look great.

One thing, I could be off base, but somehow the FM seems very slightly larger scaled, compared to other 1/24s it's displayed with. Anyone else think so?

Yes!  I've always thought the FM Packard's were slightly bigger than 1:24 scale, and they do look it when parked next to the DM Packard and other 1:scale models.  Another FM model that looks (and is) bigger than 1:24 is their '56 Chevrolet Nomad Wagon.  Next to the DM '55s, there is no doubt it's bigger.

Great photos Tony!  I have both the FM Packard's (all three convertible color versions) and I have both the DM versions.  All are great models, with the only flaw in the FM's is that they, as I noted above, are bigger than 1:24 scale.

We're all different which keeps things interesting.  Personally I love the black/yellow and yellow/black '55 thru '58 Ford.  😊

I totally agree with you Jack.  The yellow/black fifties color schemes were gorgeous.

I prefer the '55 from FM.
