When I shot pics of the DM Black 1968 Pontiac GTO HT last week, I also added some more DM reshoots from my collection while I had the equipment set up.

I like that you shoot each car in the same positions. Do you shoot the engine compartments, trunks and interiors?
As usual, great pics...what lighting do you use?
For my lighting....
4 Lamps - Two overhead & one on each side.
Bayco Rite-Lite 8 1/2" Tight Grip Clamp Shop Light (Lowes)
4 Bulbs
N:Vision 27 Watt 5500K Daylight Compact Flourscent Light
(Home Depot)
Outside of my 28"x28"x28" photo tent.
Bob, I have found that those same six positions work best for me.
As for trunks, a trunk is a trunk. The engine bay, usually the hood does not come up high enough for the lighting to show it properly and I have not perfected shooting micro close ups as of yet. I may at times attempt to shoot an enterior, which must be shot in micro, like the DM '59 Pontiac convertible.

Larry I like the positions you use as every detail of the exteriors can be seen in them. The only time I look at the engines, trunks and interiors is when I first get the cars, then they go into their cases with everything closed.
Great models and pics Larry! I have all of those more or less
I have the Ford wagon but in Blue and I dont own that "vintage" blue 57 Chevy. I have all the others though and LOVE them! The Bonneville is a masterful creation in that color scheme and is so unique!
