Have it and love it. Great pics John.
Photos are great, but the car is butt ugly! Not a Corvette fan for any year.

George I'm not a Corvette enthusiast either but I do respect their iconic history and the marque!
I also own almost 30 Corvette models and I find it odd to hear someone say that a Corvette is BUTT UGLY. Might not be your cup of tea, but just from a proportion and stance stand point this generation of Corvettes is beautiful. It has many styling elements that are still used to this day! Exaggerated fender flairs, sail panels on the rear, long hood, short deck, wide track/stance etc.. Not to mention it had a lot of mechanical advancements compared to other American "sports" cars such as fully independent rear suspension, disc brakes, wipers that hide under an retractable panel, etc.
The design is also very timeless IMO. Now if you were taking about the 1984-1996 C4 Corvettes I'd be more inclined to agree with you! Even those got enhanced each year and by the end they weren't half bad looking. But the early 1984-say 1987s um... NOT so attractive IMO and resale value/ collectibility reflect this! I call them the Orphan or unloved Corvettes LOL
Looking good ... looking good
Phil, I have 251 FM and DM "Butt ugly" Corvette models plua an all original 1/1 61. I thought I had every FM and DM vette except the Apollo and here you show one I have never seen before. You just never know. Now I've got a challenge to find one.
