DM's stunning '57 Cadillac Eldorado Biarritz. The 1:1 originally sold for $19,000 which was more than my father paid for new 3 bedroom split level house in 1956.

Beautiful car, I love your outside shots, I thought about going out and taking a few shots with the snow background but wimped out. The older I get the less I like the cold.

Hi Rich,

My research shows an MSRP of just under $7,300.

How did you come up with $19K ?

One of my favorite models purchased new from DM.  Imo, they did a gr8 job on these Eldos. Too bad we didn't get at least one more color of the Biarritz.  I passed on both Seville coupes when first offered (why, I'll never know) but years later got the rare Elysian Green version at nearly twice the original issue price.
