Recieved the 56 Buick cv today and, ...
it's a beauty. LOVE the color combo. Unfortunately, I need a replacement. The rear bumper is crooked. Looks like the car was rear ended.
I noticed that there is no LE plaque on the bottom. Is this the way they are now or is this one missing it?

Douglas....they have a plaque. Mine is 302/5000.

It should be on the bottom of the gas tank. At least that is where mine is.

Found it. It was in the box. I still need a replacement because of the bumper though.

Rumor has it they were out of power again today so nothing got out the door! Bummer!

Obviously the plaque fell off when the car was rear ended!
