I have the Maroon and blue Talbots but never acquired the Saoutchik Cadillac. Love the history Charles and photos Rich and Tony.

@perrone1 Nice pic of Raffi. If you were to define "Renaissance Man", I'd include that photo.

@chav The time we spent in photography, researching the 1:1 and critiquing the model... down the drain. Serious

@rich-sufficool Fully agree Rich but at least you can repost your fabulous photographs on this new site.

I remember well the conversations on the old Forum 24 that you mention Rich. But who can fail not to fall in love with these items of true beauty?

Curbside wasn't a term I was familiar with either living on the east side of the pond so it must have been an American expression. When I was a kid any toy model car released in the 1960's that didn't feature at least one opening part was termed 'boring'! But at least the Teardrop has a removable sun roof so that one can fully appreciate the interior detailing. My personal favourite is the blue over silver.

Thanks for starting this post Rich and to every one else for adding all the details.

Most of the pics are still there under "Car Lists and Reviews". You just have to search for them.

All pictures are there, the reviews are gone.

@chav Kindig-It Designs sells conversion kits for those flush fitting handles. Google it for all the optional designs.

I love his designs !!!!

He's truly gifted.
