The 2001 Cadillac DeVille Presidential Limousine, built in-house, is still wrapped in mystery. There are very few specs available with mostly guess-timations. This 8 to 10 ton car was built at a cost of... estimations vary by a factor of 10. The 4" or 5" armored glass (probably a laminate), designed to resist a .44 Magnum bullet are tinted to block most all wavelengths of light. the car is clad in 8" armor plate including the floor to stop an RPG from above and an IED from below. It's powered by a 6.4 liter Duramax diesel rated at a mere 214 hp, making rather slow and ponderous with a top speed of 62 mph. No wonder it's always surrounded by blacked-out Suburbans.
