Tony is off the grid temporarily. He's had a procedure and should be back sometime next week.

Hi John and John! I'll be back sporadically. I had surgery this past Friday the 29th. Inguinal hernia repair with a mesh implant.
Back home recouping. 20 surgeries on this old, almost 74 year old body, is less than fun. But reading these forums is the best therapy I can possibly think of!

Ouch !!!.....Do you suppose any of your recurrent troubles on this issue might relate to carrying that Kuvakis fellow for so many years???

Back in ‘96 I carried a box of books up 2 flights of stairs and suffered a hernia.
3 days later I was in surgery for the screen, it hasn’t given me a problem since and I
retired from the P.O. 3 years later in ‘99.
you should be just fine, Tony.
