Another very imaginative cameo moment. I'm fascinated by your Dodge pole hole digger, never having seen or heard of one.  It does look a bit like a Twilight Zone ray gun or something the Pentagon may have zapped Yakovlev Yak-27s out of the sky with.

Charles,you may recall this vehicle from it`s inclusion in "Godzilla #43",in which it was used briefly as a rear echelon attack unit

hello Paul.....Louis Marx was the world`s greatest toyman

The gorilla is a piece from a 50`s production of Marx Super Circus….the toddler comes from a 60`s production of Marx Doll House Family…. the Eskimos from another Marx Playset and “Hoover” from a Marx production of Past Presidents (Marx introduced its presidential figures, White House, and Capitol Building in 1954 and continued to sell them into the 1970s.)
