What's up with FM ?
I have been making my monthly payments as agreed when I bought the cars at the gallery store and they send my account to a collection agency. Has this happened to anyone else.

They sold all accts to a third party...you can still pay in installments!!!

Whats up with FM
That happened to me also. I received several notices from a collection agency informing me that I owed a balance on my FM account. I have been a customer of FM for 12 years and have always paid in full or utilized the monthly plan. Anyway,I phoned the agency and explained to them that I was not aware of any balance owed and that if I did in fact owe a balance, to send me the details.... The notices have since stopped... Could be a scam or poor accounting at TFM
