There's a reason for that.......

As a former licensee of Texaco trademarks, I can tell you for certain that when Chevron took over Texaco, they canceled or lapsed ALL Texaco trademark licenses. You can still find some available since the terms of the licensing contract allowed sales of stock for a period of time, but for now don't bother looking for any new items with a Texaco owned trademark or logo included.

Like THAT'S gonna make people forget them and their history!

Dave

there's still theTestors/Italieri Texaco gas station around

Great kit in 1/24. It's OOP but still around.

The ad says that it displays 2 1/24 scale cars, but it looks like the garage bay...

is only deep enough to allow the front of the car to fit. I don't recall any service stations in Baltimore which would only house the engine compartment of the car.

I agree Carl. The ad mentions a lube rack...........

but I don't see how it could be usable if a car can't fit in the bay.
