I love the color! Mine were perfect except for a couple of very tiny paint chips around the passanger door. I can live with it. Thanks, Jay, Franklin mint, and, everybody involved with this great model. I am very happy to add these beauties to my collection!

LINCOLNS ROCK!!!

Touchup Hint for LECC V

One member found that Testor's "Colors by Boyd" has a match. It's called Pacific Blue. He says that "It even has the correct metallic to it so I've fixed them and I'm keeping them."

Thanks, Jay, I'll try it. They really are tiny, I'm probably the only one who would notice them.

I'm very much a perfectionist like that.

Ivan, any good hobby shop will have this paint.

As far as I know, it will be available in spray can only, so you'll have to spray some in a paint can cap or something and use a small brush to do the touch-ups. Carefull when spraying in a can cap, tilt the cap away from you so the paint overspray doesn't blow back in your face. I learned the hard way, LOL. :O

Found 1/2 oz bottle at my Hobby store, but

Testors, color by Boyd. Pacific Blue. mixed well and the color is lighter and I do not see any metallic. Maybe when it dries it will become darker. Will update later. I have a very small chip that just shows a speck of white,. so may not need a perfect match. It is on the passinger side not driver as I reported.
