Yes - Turnpike Cruiser!
I still enjoy it - I purchased it and shipped it to Paul K. It was the modified - skirts and continental kit removed and converted (by removal of the window frames on the doors) to a hard top coupe)....so now it's a custom!
Paul also "customized" my 1958 Impala convertible - removing the skirts and continental kit.
Phil, let me start your rocking chair 4 U so you won't hurt yourself
We've been here a very ( very ) very long time lil brother :O :))
😉
Phil, you are absolutely right. I have this on a wall in my bathroom, "Time waits for no one".
It’s even a little scary to be honest!!
I know - at 62 ... I only got 20 left (If I'm Lucky? ) Sobering to say tha least
Phil, just wait until you reach 75+..
Amen - I'll be there in one month.
Putting it that way I have a LOT of time ahead of me! 22 years till I’m 75 lol
Phil I said 75+. I'm actually 78 and soon to be 79. So yes, you have plenty of time.
Use it wisely my friend.
I'll be 76 next month. The doc says the battery in my pacemaker is good for another 7 years. I will replace it at that time.
Thanks Phil. I try to keep the gray matter busy. Too many of my friends don't keep their minds working and I believe that's important. The model car and big car hobby is a perfect outlet for this.
