Carl, the intent of my post was to illustrate that your auction was real. Congrats on obtaining your price. I'm selling off my collection too and once in a while I do get a pleasant surprise when an auction of mine tops my expected price. That does tend to somewhat offset most of my other auctions when the final result is disappointing.

Paid for and Shipped. I was hoping no one would list a Buy it Now and or the Buyer would Not Back Out. He Didn't and I'm Glad. I was just saying I don't do that, "run up the bids". Like I said I think the secret is just to be Honest on the Condition of the car and Very Important to list Displayed or Not and the Paint Condition since we collectors know of the paint problems. Excellent Packing is important also. Good Luck on yours also!
