1936 Pontiac sedan interior could be converted into a bed. "Business Coupes" had fold-down seats traveling salesmen used to sleep in on the road.  (I had thought that only postwar Nash had this feature.) Formal Smile

Well, I must say.....  those are the best fold down seats - as good as Chrysler Minivan's Sto-n-go  set-up - I've ever seen!   Undoubtedly, these Pontiacs were popular used cars with teenagers in the 1940's & '50's!   😎 😏
