Here is another hand built model from the estate of my friend Ken Munro.

It is a Saguaro Models, 1937 Packard 12 Passenger Coach ‘Hollywood Tour Service’

This is from Enchanted Land Coachworks made by Jerry Rettig. 1 of 50 based on Solido, Hand made.

It is a combination of diecast and resin. It comes in a light grey labelled box. Base is white resin with no lettering or detail.

Talk about a 'stretch'!  Like the other 1937 Packards by ELC, I assume the front and rear ends are Solido-based.  The middle might be 4 Solidos! 😮

Good one!   Chalk up another win for Jerry Rettig, too.  Smoky Mountain Tours out of Asheville, NC, was running stretched Packards of the late 1930's well into the 1950's.  Their roofs could be rolled back for views of the higher mountains, too.   Thanks for bringing back good memories.

I found a few pictures on the web with just a little searching.  Some variations, especially in axle numbers, that I don't remember.  Good stuff for those who might be interested.  Have fun!
