When the 1:24 Precision Scale model market came to an end in 2014, I went seeking other ways to satisfy my collecting needs. That led me discover all that was available in the 1:43 scale arena. One of the 1st groups I looked into was Brooklin Models. I had seen many of these in photos from other collectors, but never any in person. The first one I found that was really interesting was a '55 Lincoln sedan while searching eBay. Along with that model I also found a '54 DeSoto hardtop and this very nice '35 Pierce-Arrow. The Pierce-Arrow marque has always fascinated me and up to then, I only had the one from DM in 1:24 as well as another in 1:18. This '35 PA was a unique model that I had to have. Those first three Brooklin models were just the beginning to a very busy road of 1:43 scale model offerings that is still loaded with plenty of choices.

A companion to this excellent model is another '35 PA that I happened across, it was a color sample that was in the Dick Browne Collection. This was another incredible model and one that I had to have.

Great models but that white one is spectacular!

I have the PA in maroon with side mounted spares and in silver without the side mounts.
John, those ‘35 Pierce Arrows are beautiful cars. You are fortunate to have been able to acquire the white one from Dick Browne’s collection. I have come close several times to acquiring the maroon one but each time I opted for another car.
Here is a nice comparison between the actual car and your Brooklin.

Beautiful models. My favorite is the white one.
