1937 Packard Delivery Van, The Flower Shop by Mesquite Models.

I'm currently going through models from a friend's estate. Ken, my friend bought quite a few models from Dave Sinclair that were hand built by Jerry Rettig, based on the Solido diecast 1937 Packard. This delivery van is a combination of diecast and resin.

Found this information thanks to Hobby DB.

Mesquite Models were transkit based on the Solido 1937 Packard. These were a sub-title under the Enchantment Land Coachbuilders banner. They are 1/43 resin handbuilt models by Jerry Rettig, based in Tuscon, Arizona.

Many of these are reworked diecast models using new resin parts or entire bodies.

Sub-brand names were used for a short period, including Custom, Saguaro, Mesquite and Cholla.

A series of pace cars and of hearses/limousines (professional cars) were made as well. From just a few to 50 were made of each model.

The 1937 Packards used the Solido 1937 Packards as parts donors and had the highest production quantities made.

All the HobbyDB info is from Jerry himself!  Photos are from him and others.  Yannick also has this version:

Beautiful!  Many thanks for these fine pictures.  Jerry Rettig's models are some of my all time favorites.
