1941-46 Studebaker US6 military truck

During WW2 Studebaker and REO built these 2.5 ton 6 X 6 trucks.  Over 219,000 were built.  They used an 86 HP Hercules side valve inline six cylinder engine which gave a top speed of 45 MPH. They used the late 1930s Studebaker truck cab, doors and windscreen with military type fenders, hood and grill.   Most went to the USSR on lend lease arrangements but many were employed building the Alaska Highway.   This model is a 3D printed item in 43rd scale.

Reminds me of this old French GMC in a slightly smaller scale - FJ did military versions also but hobbyDB has this one:

I guess it needs  a white star on the bonnet or if the USSR version a hammer and sickle??  Smile
