Hi all, I have for many years wanted a 59 Buick Flat top. I have had, for over two years, the doner convertibles and the flat top cage (purchased through dear Amanda at Brooklin) I saw the new resin ones but preferred a white metal. I have photos of my just completed conversion in copper glow and black. Ironically, just a few weeks ago, I purchase a WMCE in white for an affordable price point. Mine is not as good as the white one, but a nice representation plus
I enjoyed the project!
I really like your results! A job like this in white metal is a feat to be admired, and I really thank you for posting it. I just winding up a rebuild of an oldie and the closest to body work was replacing a window, and that took me a couple of hours! When I get it re-assembled, I'll post the results. I'll guarantee it will not be as impressive as yours. Again, thanks for posting it.

Excellent build Chuck and I really like the colors you chose.
Nice work. I did not realize WMCE had a flat top sedan. If you have time, would you post a picture?

Excellent job. Looks great to me. I love the colors you chose.
I have a WMCE flat top in light blue that I got from Buz. One of my favorite models.

It 's a great job, the flat top gives it a nice look!
I have also the WMCE which i repainted a few years ago in pale blue-green with the opportunity to adjust the roof...
All, thanks for photos of WMCE flat tops.

Great work, I love to see these projects. Here's one I did many decades ago when Western Model kits were available.
