I saw recently the car on EBay. I wasn’t sure if there was ever a 1:1 of it. I researched and found actual car on Barrett Jackson. History car was custom built by Harley Earl for his wife. Utilizing a Catalina chassis Bonneville trim and interior was Bonneville with bucket seats. There are not many available photos of actual car. I bought this Madison version and compared it to the actual car.
The Madison used stock Catalina interior with Bonneville dash set up. Also, Route 66 sells the uptop version but interior is not viewable.
i am attaching actual car, Madison, and my upgrade for your viewing.
Nice one off model of a one off car.
Nice model. I have the Madison 1959 Bonneville convertible in red, which I purchased from Route66 Model Car Store about 5 years ago. This is one of my favorite car designs from 1950’s.

There were 2 ‘Pink Lady’ variants made by Buz Kirkel - each of top-down (15 produced) and top-up (max 30 produced).
Ben - You are missing the pickup!
Beautiful Pontiac!

Excellent up-grade. It's nice to see so many stunning '59 Pontiacs side by side.
@thkinney I picked up the El Catalina at Buz fest a few years ago. I too have all of the variants produced by Buz.
Very sharp!

Here are some pictures of my red Madison 1959 Pontiac Bonneville convertible and the real car used to create the model. The real car is displayed at a car show in 2021 in Naperville, Illinois, which is a western suburb of Chicago. The sign by the front wheel of real car shows the year incorrectly as 1960.

@thkinney Here's the El Cat pickup I purchased from Buz in 2012 (#6 of 50). Cornelius, the Kirkel's cat, gets a spot in back, and the Classic Car magazine was also included.
I also have #6 of 30 of the top up Pink Lady. The top up doesn't show the errors in interior color as well.
