To me, Brooklin’s earlier releases still look good despite the lack of chrome detail. The ‘59 Thunderbird in Wedgewood Blue is one example.

I agree David!  This is one of my top five faves of the early Brooklins.

Wow ! Geez... None of the Brooklin model pics look like the 1:1  I'm not even going to start on that. I'm sorry to point that out but when I see the photographs of the 1:1 and the Brooklin model I absolutely can see so many things that are different I would never consider buying that model. I wouldn't even want it if it was only a dollar.

Other than that, Mrs.Lincoln, how did you like the play?

Fine images of the 1959 Thunderbird ! This Brooklin is extremely cool and I have a Brooklin 1/43 1957 Ford Skyliner and two 1958 Thunderbirds (yellow and red) in 1/18 from SunStar. This 1/43 '59 T-Bird would also  be great to have, too, and the Wedgewood blue color is especially good-looking !

0h, everything was fine except for the intermission... it killed me.
