New for 2026 from Zaugg Model Cars.  Available soon, 1/43 white metal.

1969 Mercury Cyclone Spoiler II in the “Cale Yarborough Special” version, in white with a red roof, and in the “Dan Gurney Special” version, in white with a blue roof. This Mercury was originally built to compete in the NASCAR racing series. In order to homologate the vehicle, at least 500 units (as of 1969) had to be manufactured, which were then available for purchase.  --Jurg Zaugg

I think that’s the first time the word homologate has been used in this board! A+ Karl!

Are Zaugg models available from a US supplier/dealer?

It looks great ! An extremely nice 1/43 replica and in both color schemes. The Mercury companion I believe to the Ford Talladega of which I have several of Maisto's terrific 1/18 versions.

@ed-davis No US distributor has been announced.  Low volume to be produced in Switzerland and sold there and perhaps via an online store Germany.

Spark made the Woods Brothers '69 Cyclone. I have that version (DNF Riverside) since Dan Gurney drove it. Sorry, no pic at this time (I have hundreds yet to take and a few hundred to edit).
